To help us maintain and enhance our food services, we need your assistance in completing the Free and Reduced Meal Applications and Household Income Forms online.

*Valley Home is under the umbrella of Oakdale Joint Unified School District. You have to select OJUSD as your district, but Valley Home district is set up as a site internally. When you are completing student information you select the site at that time and Valley Home will be listed there. *

Household Size: Includes all persons, related or unrelated, living in your home and sharing living expenses (e.g., parents, children, grandparents).
Total Household Income: Includes the income each household member received last month before taxes, including wages, social security, pension, unemployment, welfare, child support, alimony, and any other cash income.

Foster Children: Foster children are categorically eligible for free meal benefits. Documentation of status by a state or local entity familiar with the child's status is required, but an application is not needed. Foster children may be included in the household application as part of the household size.
Household Income Form
For families with children attending Sierra View Elementary, Cloverland Elementary, and East Stanislaus High School, please complete the Household Income Form instead of the Free and Reduced Meal Application.
